Eevee: -when done, she sniffs the hand offered to her and looks up at Waltz friendfully-

Waltz impedance stroked her head, feeling it safe to do so. "I've been needing a Fairy type." He mused. "But how to have you evolve. I need to look that up again." He went to get a book on pokemon evolutions while Fenniken decided to check out her potential new teammate.

(Maybe Eevee can't speak the human language yet but she and Waltz's other pokemon can communicate with each other in the pokemon language. And then she still communicates with them that way even after she learns it, if you decide she will)

I reach Yubel and Cerberus "okay, there aren't many locations left. either he is still in the building where the kidnappers took him, or he is out of town. Waltz men didn't find him, probably someone took the law into his own hands" I look at Cerberus. this time I transmit my question telepathically. Cerberus barks and I nod "okay, so he managed to break free and come here. but why should he want to come..." Yubel disrupts me "you can talk with animals" I laugh "no such thing, Mrs. Yubel. Over time we just developed some codes. different barks have different meanings." Yubel disrupts again "I never told you my name" I wink "I told you, my job is to find people, items and information." Cerberus sniffs some more and goes left. "I think we'll have him soon. the question is, why did he come here? it's not like he has many allies here." I look at Cerberus again and he barks, different this time "he talked with someone here. and then left in that direction. one would expect he'd leave the shortest way once he gets spotted, but he didn't. all quite strange."
Yubel: ~that unfaithful bastard!~

(He...left the same way he entered the town. Through the entrance. Also maybe Berion or someone can find him first)

(again this discussion? I thought we said he went left, straight to the field. now you are saying he went out the same way he came in, that would be back in the direction of the building.

(Well...kinda. I don't know anymore. He left the building and walked around until he got to the entrance of the town, I guess. Or maybe he left the same way he entered and went off in a random direction and ended up where the TARDIS used to be

(well, In my opinion, you had lots of time to specify the direction. you said I should use my imagination, and now that's wrong as well.
Also what entrance? does this town have a wall around it? why does nobody ever tell me that kind of important stuff?

(I apologize then. I never said using your imagination was wrong. I was just clarifying how he left the town because I don't know what you mean by "the shortest way". I was talking about the direction he went after leaving the town. Doesn't matter which direction because we know where he ends up. He could have wandered in a zig-zag pattern or in circles or in a straight line.

The town never had a wall around it aside from building walls. I suppose you could think of it as like a town in the Old West, like you would see in a Western movie. Except there's no saloon or sheriff's office. It's a modern town

And I don't care who finds him as long as it's someone on Waltz's side. I don't want to go in character with myself again by playing NPCs)

when it's a modern town, you can enter it from any where. you don't need an entrance. please just specify the way already.)

(I'll try to make this as simple as possible:

after leaving the building, did Bakura
a) go directly into town
or
b) wader around outside of town and then going inside?

after entering town, did Bakura
a) talk to the first person he saw
or
b) wander around before talking to someone?

after talking to that person, did Bakura
a) head directly out of town (if none of the previous question was answered with b, that would mean going back to the building)
or
b) wander around in town before leaving it?)

(Okay. He wandered the town before getting told to leave. After getting told to leave he left and then just continued walking. It doesn't matter anymore how he left the town because you established that he didn't leave by the shortest way (which I still don't know what you mean by that but whatever). Forget him going back the way he came. All that matters is he left after getting frustrated because the person he was talking to wouldn't help him)

(To be more specific: A, B, A. It was more wandering trying to find someone. As soon as he found someone he talked to them. So more like A, all of the above, A because he talked to the first person he found)

We follow his scent out of town to a meadow, where Cerberus loses his scent because of all the other scents. "hm, from here on we have to search him." I look around in search for a place where he could hide.

Bakura had gotten tired so he found somewhere to sit down. "Why won't anyone tell me where I am..." He muttered.

(I forgot to mention he has a slight head wound on his forehead. Though his hair hides most of it.)

suddenly a fox runs towards us. I look at him. thank you. I'll meet you here tomorrow night with your meat "but if I'd have to guess, I'd say he is in that field over there." I hold my hand open "anything you can give me?"
Yubel: I pull some golden necklaces out of my pocket and hand them to him. "I hope for you he is in that field." I fly towards the field and indeed there he is ~strange guy. how did he do that?~ I land right in front of Bakura "can't you stay for one day? what's your problem? you are so... Arhg! no, I'm sorry, but it's over."

Bakura looked up. "Huh? Stay where? What's over? What are you talking about? Who are you?"

(Oh sure you wouldn't get mad at a good father. But he gets kidnapped and was rendered unable to defend himself, which were events beyond his control and you think he left again. Silly Yubel)
