We are done with the never ending story. now it's Momo. and I'm interested in playing either her or the grey men. but I'm not sure about the grey men and she also doesn't really do much. she mostly listens, though she does that quite well. so yes, probably the grey men, but I am not sure if the time is right. hmmm. no, probably a bad idea. then rather Gmork from the never ending story. yes, now that Yubel and Bakura aren't antagonists any more, he could be. the question: he can wander between worlds. he can enter and leave the crossover world and enter all kinds of worlds. would you be okay with that?

I forgot two things about the grey men:
it's cold around them. it's not like you could say "hey, it's cold around you", it just gets colder in general, you don't really notice it.
they are inconspicuous. you see them on the streets, but you won't think anything. they are just perfectly normal people that you don't care about

I had a random idea for a side thread.

Thief King Bakura is a mob boss and Mariku, Marik, and Yami Bakura are all working under him. Like Mariku is second in command. And Callie is a police officer alongside Ryou.

Since it's an Alternate universe type thing Ryou, Yami Bakura, Marik, and Mariku all have separate bodies

We can throw in other characters as well, and anyone can participate.

Maybe as a twist there could be a love story involved where, idk, let's say like Ryou or Callie fall in love with Yami Bakura and he switches sides and ends up getting found out.

Or Mariku could be the mob boss and the Thief King is his second in command and we have the same twist.

I like the idea. I think Bakura should be the boss.

Mariku seems more fit for the job. I mean being the leader of the Rare Hunters and all.

Which Bakura? Thief King or Yami?

And for the sake of the role play I'll refer to TKB as Akefia and Yami Bakura as just Bakura.

I mentioned Callie on the off chance gcar would want to participate.

Actually if gcar doesn't want to participate we can have Marik be a police officer alongside Ryou instead.

Really, it could be purely a Yugioh AU which would take Callie out of the story.

Idk if gcar wants to participate anyway so we could start the thread on the assumption that she doesn't and if she does then she could just join in.

The problem is deciding whether to make it purely a Yugioh AU or not.

hm, that's indeed a good question. let's see, there are 4 Bakura's and two Mariks. makes 6 people we could split that into groups for 2 or 3 people. I'd like it to be purely ygo

Hmm, I don't mind having Callie be in on the AU mafia thing, but if you guys want to go Purely YGO, that would leave me out. I DON'T WANT TO PLAY ANYONE ELSE'S CHARACTERS, AND YOU TWO HAVE GOT ALL THE YGO CHARACTERS CHOSEN.

I have a dilemma with the white mage... on the one hand I want to play it, but on the other... It's Bakura and Ebil's pretty much got all the Bakuras locked up. I don't know.

How about I start with Callie, if I'm allowed, then as I work with my characters and get a more comfortable feel for that universe, maybe I'll try to bring in other characters at a later date?
