(Can Bakura please be less insufferable. It is getting too much for me. not because it got worse, but because it won't stop. I am not enjoying this any more.)

"How about I come back with you and negotiate with him face to face? Or how about I not negotiate at all? Waltz wants me? Then fine he can have me. He can have the Spirit of the Ring. Ryou Bakura is innocent of any crimes I have committed."

"You would prefer imprisonment over negotiations and exile? but then why did you break out in the first time?"

"I never said..." Bakura crossed his arms. "Waltz doesn't want me roaming around free..." He paused a moment. "I want Waltz's terms. Not yours."

(Ok I thought you intended Berion to be the mediator between Waltz and Bakura, telling Bakura what Waltz wanted and vice versa not the one coming up with the terms)

"very well. I will ride back and ask him for the exact terms he is offering you" I climb back down and ride back to the mansion. "Bakura wants to speak with you in person. Or at least he wants to hear what exactly you offer him."

"Well his hideout is in the forest. If I promise that he will be left alone then I have to keep that promise. If I let people go to the forest there's a chance someone will bother him, which means I broke my promise. Therefore the forest is his. As for the cemetery...well I have no use for it. So he can have it. If there's someone the magic of this world doesn't affect they'll have to be buried somewhere else.

As for him going to the town...I will allow it under the condition that he does not go there alone. I won't put him under guard either because he could easily argue that I'm breaking my promise if I do."

Berion:
"what I offered him was that his hideout and the area around it belong to him. Also he would get access to the forest and cemetery, but only access, others would also be allowed there. furthermore he would be allowed to visit town if he asks for permission first and he would be put under surveillance. in return he may not break any laws, if he does he would be hunted again."

(If you want, Kronus, we can say that Berion went through Fugue's funhouse, again, increased his confidence and courage to pass Fugue's course to earn his weapons back.

Also, there's a few days leeway on getting Bakura and Yubel in their places for Callie's endgame. I've decided to use Leo to fill the role required, giving him a very valid reason for being involved. My goal is to have Callie's endgame wrapped up by Mother's day.)

"From what I understand, his home is in the forest. He doesn't need to be given access to it. And like I said, we have no need for the cemetery and it's close enough to the forest for it to be part of the forest  Putting him under surveillance would only make matters worse.
