DL: "I'll never forget it."

Link: Dark Link, don't let the past chain and hold you down. It's the past, it's done now. Everything is god, everything is fine. Sometimes if we don't let go of the past, we can't focus on the beauties and treasures the present and future will offer us. You may have done one thing that I forgave you for, but my past... -he looks away- Well, having started my journey at age 10, what I've seen has scarred me. -he looks back up at him- But to me, that doesn't matter now. Everything is gone, I know it's in the past. I decided to move on and to actually enjoy the rest of my life. Just please, Dark Link... Try to just let go of the past and enjoy yours too... If anything, it's hurting me to see you beat yourself up over this...

DL: I release Link from the embrace. "I don't think I have the right to enjoy the rest of my life. Not after everything."

Link: Of course you have the right to! You deserve to enjoy everything life has to offer you now... You pulled through the bad times, you came out, changed... You're good now, everything's good now... Please, just let me help you.

DL: "You keep telling me, I'm good." I look at Link. "I don't feel good."

Link: -he looks back at him- That's because we choose how we want to feel. Please, Dark Link... Choose to be happy, choose to enjoy life! Please... At least choose to try to be happy. If you do... I'll be with you, every step of the way.

DL: "I can't help how I feel."

Link: Well... Can I, at least, try to help you to feel better...?

DL: Resigning to apathy. "If you want."

Link: -he tries to hug him again, all while trying to hide a frown. he wasn't lying when he said seeing him like this hurt him...-

DL: I wipe my eyes. "I'm sorry. I'm ruining your mood." I accept Link's hug. "Why don't we play that game you wanted to cheer you up, again?"

Link: It's alright, Dark Link. I'll always forgive you. -he blinks- But... are you sure, though? I was thinking we could play Jenga.

DL: "Jenga's fine." I get the blocks and start setting the game up.

Link: -he helps him set up the game- Would you like to go first? I insist.

DL: "If you insist." I pull a block from the bottom and place it on top. "There."

Link: -blinks- Good move... -he thinks it over a little before carefully pulling a piece from the middle and placing it on top-

DL: "You too." I make my move.

Link: -he goes and makes his move, but he winds up sneezing as he tries to pull out the block, causing the tower to fall. he blinks and looks at it- Whoops.

DL: "Aww." I frown at the upset tower. "Do you want to set them up again and continue the game?"

Link: Sorry. -he nods- Sure. Ill set it up before I sneezed. -he does so, then makes his move without toppling the tower this time-

DL: "Nuh-uh, you've got to set it up to the very beginning and start a new game. That's what happens when someone knocks the tower over."

Link: -tiny pout- Fiiiiine. -he fixes it back to where they began-

DL: Sighs, heavily. "NOW, start."
