Memories

Rene: "I know why he does it and that he has to do it. but it scares me as well. all I ask for is that AAAHHH!! Fugue!! Fugue, help me!" I start crying and struggle. ~why him? why can't he just stay out of my life?~ after a minute or so I remember what Fugue told me about self defence and my struggleing gets more skilled and aimed. I even manage to break out of his grip. "get the f*ck away from me!"


(actually I thought Rene was born in crossover)

(Rene was born in a diseased fangirl's mind, he just moved to Crossover. XD)

Tom: Is thrown off for a minute, becoming enraged further. I throw the beer bottle in my hand at Rene, lunging for his neck. "Your mother died of a broken heart after you left. I wanted a son not a daughter. I'm going to kill you!" I never make it to grab Rene, for a strong pair of hands grabs me.

Fugue: "Is there a problem here?" I pin Tom against the wall, holding him by his neck. "I'd suggest you don't struggle. All I've got to do is squeeze."

Rene:
"I left? You two kicked me out you..." I see Fugue and relieve. I hug him from behind, bury my face in his back and cry. "Fugue..." I try to speak but it takes several attempts until I succeed. "Fugue, may I introduce my biological father, Tom Flamel, the man who made my childhood a living hell." I grin at 'Father' triumph in my eyes "dad, this is my boyfriend, head of the security in this county." ~now you will pay.~

Fugue: Squints my eyes, at Tom Flamen, tightening my grip. "You're this boy's father?"

Tom: Sweating with terror. "Yes."

Fugue: "Get out." I take Tom and hurl him out the front door like a lawn dart, grinning with pleasure as Tom lands face down on the sidewalk.

Tom: I push myself to my feet, turning back to face Fugue and Rene. I issue a slew of slurs and epithets. "... AND I HAVE NO SON! I WANTED A SON NOT A DAUGHTER!! HANG YOURSELF! I HOPE YOU GET AIDS!" I turn around and storm off, disappearing in the distance, going back to my own world.

Rene:
"I love you too, dad!" I grab a stone from the ground and throw it at him. "now that mom is dead and you don't need to feed her any more you might find the money to buy glasses. maybe then you will see that I am a boy!" I throw another stone "Fugue, may I borrow your sword? that man did worse to me than Yubel and Bakura. I want him to pay."

Fugue: "He's gone Rene, never to return. Besides, you don't know how to use a sword. I don't want you to hurt yourself." I click my heels coming to attention and bowing to Rene and Ollen. "If I'm no longer needed, I'll go back on my rounds." I turn and start to go.

Ollen: giving a little wave to Fugue's back. "Thank you for the assistance, sweetie."

Fugue: "Whatever."

(could it be that Fugue is jealous because Rene talks so much with Ollen?)

Rene:
"... okay, good bye." I sigh and turn to Ollen. "he is so busy all the time. and today my new job starts and so... I have to get ready! oh dear oh dear, how could I forget?"

(Nah, Fugue is avoiding Rene because after their fallout it hurts Fugue to be around Rene.)

Ollen: "New job? What new job?" I get up as well. "I suppose, if you've got a job, that I will have to to investigate it. What if you were working for weirdo pervs? Someone's got to protect my baby cousin from all the freaks out there, so I'm going with you."

Rene:
at the thought of pervs I hesitate. it was a bit too simple to get the job and why would they start so late and work until night? and how did they know I wanted that job? "y-yes, I think that would be better."

"I'd like that." Yami replied.

Bakura was silent. He didn't know how to reply to Yubel. Something was nagging at the back of his mind. Some distant memory that was still out of reach.

Yubel:
I get up. I smile with confidence. "we will have you back soon"

"You'll break me out against my will, then."

Yubel:
I glare at him ~idiot~ "what are you talking about?"

"You're coming back to get me, are you not? And what if I decide I don't want to come with you?"

Yubel:
I shout at him "Fuck you! it's okay that you love your cell more than me, but don't you dare suggesting I would break you out. I have no intention of breaking the laws. you are the murderer" ~how can he be so stupid to talk about this while someone is listening?~

"Oh? I distinctly remember you whispering into my ear saying you'd come to get me tonight. And no I don't love that cell. In fact I think it's entirely unfair that I have to be locked up here when I've done nothing short of stealing food to survive. Unless wanting to survive is somehow a capital offence now. Perhaps I should be executed because I'm obviously guilty of that. Hey why not execute every homeless kid because they're trying to survive as well and it's against the law to try to survive if you have no money."

Yubel: "yes, when you hate that cell so much, pissing me off is surly a good idea. I suppose that increases your chances of getting to a place where nobody accuses you for crimes you didn't commit."

"I still can barely remember you. If I really did lose my memory then you taking me away from this place where I can relax without being disturbed by anyone won't help me."

Yubel: "2 minutes ago you said it would be better if you left. I asked you and you said yes and then I said when we would get you and you say you don't want to. idiot."

"I said maybe it would be. Maybe doesn't mean definitely. If you come back tonight and I haven't decided what are you going to do? Keep coming back, bugging me about whether or not I've decided?"

Yubel: "how about you just say something like 'no, not yet. first I want to remember more' instead of attacking me?"

"When did I attack you? By thinking you were planning to break me out? It's not my fault I thought that, based on how you said it."

Yubel:
"by the way you said no"

"I remember asking 'What if I don't want to?' Apparently that means no in your world because you snapped at me."

Yuble:
I take a deep breath. "okay. do you want to?"
