More modern times (Zelda x Abel)

Link: -sighs- Whatever. I'll get to know him when I can. -and he eats-

Abel: "I'd be more than happy to ride Anope to the Castle with you, Dark Link. If it'll help matters."

DL: I shoot a look at Link. "See? A total stranger is more willing to get to know my horse than you. What does that say about my roommate?"

Link: -he shoots a look right back- Well, what I say is that you need to stop blowing up the situation before there's a fight. -and he says this irritably-

DL: "Do you want there to be a fight?"

Abel: Trying to diffuse the situation. "Guys, don't fight. We're all friends, here, aren't we?"

Link: I'd prefer there not to be! And if there is, I'd rather it be out of the house. -and he's not paying Abel much mind either-

(Shall we bring in the faeries to help abel?)

(Maybe)

Tiara: Flying into the room. "Are you two fighting, again? You two fight like an old married couple. Just sleep with each other and get it over with."

DL: I blush, getting flustered. "What I-I'm not into him, like that. We're just roommates. That's all." I stare at my plate. "We'll finish lunch then we'll go to the castle."

Navi: -she had flown in with her- Yeah, and you should know better, Link!

Link: -he winds up blushing too- Y-yeah! We're not like at at all! Only roommates, just roommates. -he nods to DL- Agreed. -and he goes on to eat his lunch-

Abel: Has already finished my food and all the leftovers. "Better eat up soon or your food'll get cold."

DL: I eat.

Link: -and he finishes-

Tiara: I look at the empty plates. "At least we don't have to worry about leftovers. Navi and I can take care of the dishes, you boys take off."

DL: I finish. "Thanks, we'll go now. The sooner we go the sooner Abel can get to the castle to be reunited with Zelda."

Abel: "That and if I stay longer, I might eat you out of house and home."

Navi: Do well to stay out of trouble now! And remember, no bickering.

Link: Thanks, and fine... -he goes over and gets some of Abel's things, chuckling a little at what he says- Pretty big appetite, hm? Well, I'll go on ahead and load up some stuff on the horses. -with that, he exits the house to do so-

Abel and DL are both assisting loading things on the horses.

Abel: "Don't worry, little ladies, I'll try to keep them from arguing."

DL: "We'll be fine." I assist Abel into getting on Anope.

Navi: Thank you! -and she gets to helping Tiara with the dishes-

Link: -when done, he gets up on Epona and waits for them-

Abel: When DL climbs on and the horse starts moving, I grab onto DL's waist.

DL: Startled, I blush and feel nervous. "It won't be long before we're at the Castle Abel. Don't worry."

Link: Yeah, the castle's not far at all. And if Dark Link's horse is as sweet, calm, and nice as he says he is, I'm sure he'll ride gently enough for you.

Abel: Despite the gentle ride, I hang on tight my reactions over-exaggerating the jostling I am receiving. "The horse is fine, I'm just not used to it, that's all."

DL: "Just relax." I pat the side of Anope's neck. "He's a sweet horse, really."

Link: Oh, I see. -he just rides on along at their pace- Just enjoy the ride! Once we get to castle town, we can dismount and head on to the castle. There's bound to be a big celebration to happen.

Abel: Eyes closed. "If you say so."

DL: I smell the air. "In the meantime, enjoy the scenery. It's spring and there are flowers blooming everywhere."

Link: Yeah, it's a beautiful sight~ -as he rides on along, he smiles happily as they pass by some flowers-

Abel: Aware of all this, I still keep my eyes closed. "I'm fine. AH!" I hold tighter to DL, aware of some odd movements from the Hyrulean. "Careful."

DL: Rides Anope beside a lilac bush, reaching out and grabbing a handful. I guide my horse back toward Link, offering the bouquet to my shadow. I inhale sharply. "Abel, not so tight. I need to breathe, you know."

Link: -when he's offered the flowers, he blushes some and accepts them- Thanks.. -he smells them and lets out a happy little sigh. but yeah abel don't get so worked up over this!-

Abel: I loosen my grip a little. "Are we there, yet?"

DL: I roll my eyes.

Link: -oh abel... after a little bit, they finally arrive at the town, which is where he stops, gets off, and gets some of Abel's things off of his horse as he gently puts the bouquet of flowers in the pouch where his stuff used to be-

DL: I stop Anope. "Abel, we're here, you can let go now."

Abel: "We are?" I open one eye. "We ARE!" I let DL go and promptly fall off the horse onto my head. I kneel kissing the safe ground.

Link: -he blinks and chuckles a little to himself- Alright Abel, let's get to the castle.
